We are a small group of parents who value music education in the schools. We look to provide financial and volunteer support for the enrichment activities of our K-12 Music Teachers that are not covered by our town budget. Typical funding requests are field trips, sheet music, concert attire, Jazz Festival support, YPAC sound and light improvements.
Please consider joining us!

Each year, students in grades 4 – 11 may apply to Yarmouth Music Boosters to receive a limited number of scholarships. Awards will be given at $100, $150, $200 and $250 levels at the discretion of Yarmouth Music Booster’s Scholarship Committee. These scholarships should be used to supplement the costs of private study or attendance at a summer music camp. The applicant is required to submit a letter of interest describing the program they would like to attend and why they should be considered for a scholarship.
Scholarships will be awarded based on the applicant’s letter as well as his/her exemplary music class participation, performance and potential for improvement as determined by the Scholarship Committee in consultation with music faculty. First consideration will be given to students who have not previously received a Music Booster Scholarship. Previous Music Booster Scholarship recipients are still eligible for an award.
Students must submit a letter of application to their music instructors by May (date to come)... Recipients of the Music Booster Scholarships will be notified through their music instructors.
